MOSCOW, Feb 12 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to launch facilities of the Bovanenkovo gas field to reach a projected capacity of 115 billion cubic meters of gas in the northernmost Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District in 2019, head of the gas, gas condensate and oil production department Igor Zinchenko said on Monday.
“The last gas treatment unit and 80-90 wells will be commissioned next year,” he said.
The executive also told PRIME that the field’s output will depend on demand.
In 2017, Gazprom produced 82.8 billion cubic meters of gas at the Bovanenkovo field.
